Hayes Investments was founded in 1998. Our first project was Silver Ridge, a 330 acre, large lot, residential development in Fishersville, Virginia.

Since then, we have moved the focus to commerical and industrial development. In 2004, we completed the aquision of a portion of the Ivy Ridge Commercial Park and have since built the John R. Hayes Building.

In 2005, we began work on DeWitt Crossing, a 33-acre commercial development in Waynesboro, Virginia.

Recently, we have opened the W. Adin Hayes Building.

We are currently seeking tenants for the next office building as well as restaurant and retail clients.
